BIOLOGIC RELATIVITY

257 pages; "Life is a more or less intricate intercourse of interdependent responses to stimulation. When graphically analyzed, each of these (tautologically vital! ) responses turns out to be a variant of the one and only shape in which living substance can respond to stimulation. That shape is herein called the primordial pattern (or primordial curve) of biologic response. Just like gravity, the primordial pattern is immutable, implacable, and recognizes no exceptions. "This volume contains more than 350 samples both of individual responses of living units, and of collective responses of living systems, proving that the primordial pattern is indeed that unique, all-pervading, basic biologic model for all the life sciences, from physiology and forestry to socio-economics and clinical medicine.
