List of other books in the C.I.C. series in back of book. Library markings on dj. Dj. in mylar wrap. Pocket removed. Glue stain on inside of front and back covers from where dj flaps were pasted down. Usual library markings.

If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. Media mail for an average size book is 4.00 and .50 for each additional book. Priority mail in the states is about 10.00. For overseas sales shipping costs may vary. If the book is large extra postage may be added.There is no surface mail postage for overseas now.
