This is a B format (130 x 198 mm) paperback in nice condition for its age. There is a small mark on the rear cover where it looks like a sticker has been removed. The book is undated but the copyright is dated 2011 Arcturus. The story was originally published in 1948. Roger Bax is a pseudonym of Paul Winterton who also wrote under the names of Andrew Garve and Paul Somers. An Inspector James Mystery. SYNOPSIS: "Wealthy industrialist Charles Collison is found bludgeoned to death shortly after his son, Geoffrey, and nephew, Arthur Cross, return from World War II. Jeff'n'Joys was established in the UK in 2000 by Jeff Hill as an internet-based book-selling business. Our aim is to provide a pleasurable book-buying experience to all our customers.
All our books are posted in sturdy boxes, after being wrapped in bubble wrap, and then wrapped in brown paper. We DO NOT use padded envelopes.
