Restauri e ombre alla copertina anteriore. Timbri di privata appartenenza. Dettagliatissimo studio sociologico, urbanistico, architettonico (indagini demografica, edilizia, sanitaria sulle cause di malattie e di morte, orto-giardino, "casetta eugenica", case popolari rurali.) del parmense; effetti di un quartiere malsano sulla qualità della "razza"; una sezione sulle bonifiche fasciste. Impagabile.
