THERE IS A TEAR TO THE TOP OF THE FFEP ALONG THE INSIDE HINGE. THERE ARE SOME VEYR MINOR MARKS INSIDE. THE BINDING HAS LOOSENED BUT THE PAGES ARE ALL ATTACHED. PAGES GENERALLY APPEAR CLEAN AND CREASE FREE. ALL IN ALL A NICE EXAMPLE OF THIS BOOK.
