About the Author
Patrick Sacleux has spent the majority of his adult life in the United States. He wrote poetry and an essay of philosophical thoughts, of dialectic at the dawn of his fortieth birthday, essentially composed of themed and semi-directed questions. His works of poetry have been written and accumulated since 1984. Patrick Sacleux has had quite an atypical personal (and professional) background which is largely due to his lack of patience, an exacerbated dissatisfaction for the daily routine, and the will to discover and learn at all times. His path has lead him to diverse jobs (livelihoods) whether in France or in the United States. He finally settled (still for a limited time, as he was recently called by someone “a sentimental and geographical nomad”) in Lozere, the least populated area of France. He works as an English teacher, while he started this year his doctoral thesis in sociolinguistics surrounding the themes of language and identity in Lozere. A vast subject that should interest him for a few years to come, at least. Meanwhile he is still writing, and for the past 25 years and his main ambition, though, is to continue his writings while pursuing his different projects. What makes him go forward, besides the search of personal satisfaction, is the will of trying to initiate pride in the eyes of his three children. The future will tell him whether he is right or wrong....
