*** EXTRA POSTAGE WILL APPLY TO THIS BOOK BECAUSE OF ITS WEIGHT. *** This is a UK hardcover of this title published by Raithby, Lawrence & Co., Ltd, London in 1896. The photos show the condition better than I can describe but overall I believe it to be in Very Good condition for its age. The book has a straight spine, with sharp corners but rubbed and firm spine ends, which are also rubbed. There is the beginning of a split along the outside seam but the book is still tightly bound and intact. The page edges are toned but the interior pages are clean and the book is illustrated throughout in black and white and colour.

I charge shipping that reflects my actual costs. ABE only allows me to set one postage rate so I charge the rate for hardbacks sent in a box with bubble wrap and polystyrene peanuts. Where postage is less - eg a paperback or small hardback - I refund the difference once I get my receipts and know the exact cost. ALL parcels sent to the UK and USA are tracked. USA tracking I update immediately the book is sent, but UK tracking details are only updated when 10 working days has passed. If you live outside the UK tracking is NOT provided unless you choose priority mail. There will be times when, due to the value of the book, I will insist on extra postage and this will be clearly stated in my listing. If you ignore this, your order will be refused.
