The First Edition Library's beautiful facsimile of Lewis' classic novel. A fine book in a fine jacket in a fine slipcase, with the publisher's information card laid in- see photos. The jacket has a touch of yellowing on spine, still fine. The slipcase is fresh and clean, no damage. First Edition Library Facsimiles had the same weight, size, typeface, art, dust jacket, finish and texture as the originals. Even mistakes (all first edition points are present) were duplicated The series is now out of print and these facsimiles are collectible in their own right. The publisher's slip describing first edition points and other information about the book is important to collectors and this book has it. Keep in mind that the points card was only provided in older copies before the Easton Press took over First Edition Library. New copies in shrink wrap are likely to be Easton copies and therefore not include a points card.
