- "The Coming of Shadows" — Babylon 5 won its first Hugo Award for the episode produced from this September 22, 1994 script, a standout story for Ambassadors Londo Mollari and G'Kar.
- "All Alone in the Night" — Captain John Sheridan is abducted by aliens in this November 23, 1994 teleplay.
- "Acts of Sacrifice" — The Narn/Centauri War heats up as Commander Susan Ivanova must satisfy the Lumati ambassador's desire to close a deal with sexual intercourse in this December 1, 1994 script.

- "In the Shadow of Zha'dum" — Sheridan faces a long night of the soul in this February 7, 1995 teleplay, when he encounters Mr. Morden, a man who survived the explosion that claimed Sheridan's wife and all her colleagues.
- "Confessions and Lamentations" — The Markab are dying of an unstoppable plague and Dr. Franklin may be their only hope in this February 1, 1995 script, the first in a line of scripts JMS would write solo for the next two years.
- "Divided Loyalties" — Lyta Alexander returns to B5 with news of a spy in this March 14, 1995 teleplay that featured an early television depiction of a lesbian relationship.
- "The Long, Twilight Struggle" — This March 2, 1995 concludes the conflict between the Centauri and Narn in a tragic tale with standout scenes for G'Kar and Mollari.
