Back On The Shelf (Surviving Solo)

A filmstar from Poldark? Perhaps a BAFTA TV director? Hurrah for online dating! Mary's life is to be changed for ever! Or is it? Until now the only single males recently divorced Mary ever encounters have four legs and are covered in wool. Marooned in remotest Dartmoor, Mary has worked out how to make ends meet (just) by setting up her own B&B, unintentionally turning her idyllic home into a centre for loved-up couples snogging over their croissants. Oh well - if you can't beat'em, join'em, decides Mary, and, thorough to the core, she embarks on a series of romantic adventures. This is the second volume of Mary's 'Surviving Solo' blogs, diarising her hapless, hopeless search for love, her B&B misadventures, and the general ups and downs of a single life lived in the middle of central nowhere.
