Come Back Strong : Balanced Wellness after Surgical Menopause

When life changes in an instant, how do you find your way forward?

For Lori Ann King, that question became deeply personal after undergoing a total hysterectomy at age 41. The sudden hormonal changes left her struggling with physical symptoms, emotional upheaval, and a profound loss of identity. What began as a search for answers became a journey toward healing, resilience, and discovering a new way to live well.

In Come Back Strong, Lori shares her personal story alongside practical wellness strategies to help women navigate the challenges of surgical menopause and other major life transitions with hope and confidence.

Inside, you'll discover how to:

• Better understand the physical and emotional changes that accompany hormonal transition.
• Create simple wellness habits that support healing.
• Develop a healthier mindset during seasons of uncertainty.
• Find balance through self-care, nutrition, movement, and intentional living.
• Rediscover your strength, purpose, and joy.

More than a guide to menopause, Come Back Strong is an invitation to rebuild your life with courage, grace, and hope—one intentional step at a time.

Whether you're navigating menopause, recovering from a health challenge, or rebuilding after an unexpected life transition, this book will remind you that while life may change, your future is still full of possibility.

"One reader shared that every time she read the word menopause, she mentally substituted the word divorce. Another did the same with heart attack. That's when I realized this book had become about something much bigger than one diagnosis—it had become a story about finding your way back to yourself."
