BackHab - The Water Way to Mobility and Pain Free Living

For years aquatic therapists have used water techniques to bring relief to patients with back problems. Now clients with home treatable problems have a book written for them. The BackHab program is designed to bridge the gap between primary therapy and club fitness programs.

The author encourages instructors and therapists to freely copy and/or modify the BackHab program to help as many people as possible. With a variety of exercises they can mix and match movements to create a program suitable to their pools and clients.
