Heiberger was the CIO of Macworld and the senior vice president of online marketing for Foote, Cone & Belding. Karsten Koop has written for several technical magazines including MacZeit and MACup. At Adobe GoLive of Germany, he was the technical trainer, installation expert, and field expert for magazine database publishing.
