6 5/8" x 4" folded, map unfolded 29 ½" x 21 ½", park areas coloured green, wards named in red. Scale 6" to 1 mile. Tramways marked in red; railways named (Central Railway, Midland Railway, Great Central Railway, Great Northern Railway); hospitals (Infectious Diseases, Convalescent), Workhouses. Paper map mounted on linen, one tiny (pin-sized) hole; slim stapled booklet (8 pages, advertisements to inside front and both sides of rear paper covers) giving street index, pasted to inside front cover of red cloth binding; Fry's Cocoa advertisement to outside of rear cover. A little dusty generally, but generally in very good condition. Scarce.
