About the Authors

Alberto Toscano is Lecturer in Sociology at Goldsmiths College, University of London. He is the editor and translator, with Ray Brassier, of Alain Badiou's Theoretical Writings (London: Continuum, 2004).

Frank Ruda is a Research Associate at the Collaborative Research Centre on Aesthetic Experience and the Dissolution of Artistic Limits at the Free University of Berlin, Germany.

Justin Clemens is Associate Professor at the University of Melbourne. He is the author of many books on continental philosophy, including The Romanticism of Contemporary Theory (2003), Psychoanalysis is an Antiphilosophy (2013) and, with A.J. Bartlett and Jon Roffe, Lacan Deleuze Badiou (2014). He has edited many academic collections, including translating and editing Alain Badiou's Infinite Thought (Continuum 2003) with Oliver Feltham.

Antonio Calcagno is Professor of Philosophy at King's University College, Western University, Canada. He currently serves as Executive Co-Director of the Society for Phenomenology and Existential Philosophy.
