Rojas brings a unique blend of expertise, creativity, and strategic thinking to everything he does. He resides in Cliffside Park, N.J. with his wife, Norma. Rojas is an alumnus of DePaul University and Seton Hall University. His family's ownership of a traditional bagel shop was his inspiration for Bagels & Cafecitos.
