Rachel Stubbs is an author and illustrator whose work is frequently inspired by people-watching and human interaction. She is a recipient of the Sebastian Walker Award for Illustration, and her debut picture book, My Red Hat, was selected for the Bologna Children’s Book Fair 2020 illustrator’s exhibition.
