Balance With Colour Journal (Paperback or Softback)

Journaling is an ancient art that has helped many societies down the ages to improve their lifestyles. It enables us to keep control of our lives by recording our actions and outcomes regularly on which we are then able to reflect and learn as we go along. Look back and learn is a good motto. This one-year journal explains the Balance With Colour concept and technique, how to learn and use it; how to record, reflect, and plan the intent for the next day: building self-confidence and empathy. It provides space for monthly reviews and an annual review. It also serves as a diary. Thus, we can reflect on even small daily improvements we can make for our mental wellbeing and care for ourselves and become more empathetic towards all life on this planet. It is particularly important in today's changing world to have a simple and quick way to do our journaling, to help us day-by-day to stay balanced in our thinking to grow and learn. This journal does that.
