Weintein, RN, MS, CRNI, FAAN, is president and founder of Core Consulting Group and Core Wellness International, Sharon is the author of six books and more than 150 national and international peer-reviewed publications. A member of the Medical Wellness Association, Infinity Foundation, Chicago Healers, American Wellness Institute, and American Holistic Nurses Association, Sharon has been a frequent quest on radio and television speaking on topics such as attitude, balance, water for health, safe schools, and more. She is the founder of the Integrative Health Forum, an interdisciplinary alliance of licensed health care professionals whose mission is to serve the professionals and associations that promote health and well-being in individuals, organizations, and communities around the globe. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Nursing and a member of the academy s Expert Panel on Global Nursing. She earned a master s degree in health management and gerontology from North Texas State University, a certificate in health administration from Trinity University, a bachelor s degree in nursing and behavioral science from Wilmington College, and a diploma from Pennsylvania Hospital School of Nursing. She is a graduate of the Kellogg School of Management s Executive Management Program. She is adjunct clinical assistant professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Nursing
