Balanced Accountability

A Business Playbook for Leaders to Create Motivated and Loyal Employees

How would to master one skill that will help you achieve nearly 100% of your results? When you do this new skill correctly, it will actually increase performance and save time on your schedule.

"Here is a roadmap helping to create high-performance organizations. Having clear accountability is a crucial element to bring out the best in people and help drive your company to exceptional business success."

-Dr. Robert L Lorber, Co-author Putting, The One Minute Manager To Work with Ken Blanchard

The problem with how most organizations try to hold their people accountable is that they discipline when something goes wrong. But the real way to boost performance and morale is to create a healthy peer-to-peer accountability system.

The balanced accountability system is proven to reduce turnover by creating motivated and loyal employees, so they can maximize their performance instead of killing morale.

The best way to predict the future is to go out and create it. You'll learn:

• Breaking Down Barriers: Win hearts to maximize performance.
• Improve Culture: Three Ps to embrace the power of Accountability.
• Effective Communication: Improve both your personal and professional relationships.
• Eliminate excuses: Inspire others to achieve results they never felt were possible.
• Modern Strategies: Address the Energy Vampire in the room (or office!)

"Balanced Accountability should be required reading for every manager and entrepreneur."

-Steve Farber, Founder, The Extreme Leadership Institute; author, The Radical LEAP, Greater Than Yourself, and Love Is Just Damn Good Business

No matter what your organization looks like, Balanced Accountability offers a proven framework for getting these results. In this book, you will learn the 3Ps of accountability.

• Personal Accountability - Most Important Person

• Positive Accountability - Where the Magic Happens

• Performance Accountability - Creating the Dream Team

Once you read Balanced Accountability, you will feel empowered to implement the strategies you have learned in this book, and your organization and employees will LOVE you for it.
