About the Author

Lawrence Josephs, Ph.D., is an associate professor at the Derner Institute of Advanced Psychological Studies of Adelphi University. He is also a member of the faculty and a senior supervisor at the Psychoanalytic Institute of the Postgraduate Center for Mental Health.
