Very early HB edition (the first was 1898), 10 x 16 cm 39 pages (image 1). Boards and spine showing some wear, o/w Very Good. Binding tight and fox free., Flamboyant ffep inscription that might repay researching (scan 2). The pseudonym appears as C. 3. 3. on the title page and the top board paste down (see image scans). Printed dedication to "C. T. W." [In his second trial, Wilde was convicted and sentenced to two years' hard labour, the maximum penalty. He was jailed from 1895 to 1897]. Seller Inventory # 008523
