The Balloon Full of Feelings: A Story About Understanding and Expressing Big Feelings

The Balloon Full of Feelings

Every feeling deserves to be understood.

Eli carries a bundle of colorful balloons, and each one holds a different feeling-joy, sadness, anger, worry, frustration, calm, and more. Some days his balloons feel light. Other days, they become so heavy he doesn't know what to do.

With the guidance of caring adults and the courage to talk about what's inside, Eli discovers that feelings aren't something to hide or fear. They're messages that can be understood, shared, and managed.

The Balloon Full of Feelings is a heartfelt picture book that helps children recognize, name, and express their emotions while reminding them of one life-changing truth:

You are not your feelings. You are so much more.

Perfect for families, classrooms, counselors, and anyone raising emotionally healthy children, this beautifully illustrated story opens the door to meaningful conversations about empathy, resilience, and self-understanding.

Because every feeling matters. And every child deserves to feel seen.
