Photographs; ads, drawings; Large 8vo 9" - 10" tall; 80 pages; July 1917. Single issue magazine in original pictorial wraps. WWI era issue with patriotice doughboy and flag illustration on cover. Soundly bound and clean with light shelf rub to cover edges, a few nicks with small period tape repairs. Expected light toning to covers and page stock, but in general a very well preserved examp-le of the uncommon early issue of the B&O "Emplotes" magazine. Illustrated with photographs and ads; much of the written content dealing with RR matters as they related to WWI. VG-.
