1880s. Hardcover in Good condition, 16mo, 12 panels accordion style. Decoratively embossed Blue paper-covered boards, titles in gilt. 20 photographic views on 12 pages, re-produced from photographs by the Frey Process (similar to photolithography). 3-page Catalogue of Souvenir Albums on the back paste-down. Moderate wear, dark staining (soot?) to front board, one panel creased but all are attached. Bookseller accession no.: XP067. Panels include: Viaduct Hotel and Relay Station; Point of Rocks Tunnel, near Washington Junct. Md.; Harpers Ferry, from Loudon Heights VA.; Tray Run Trestle, 2 miles west of Rowlesburg W.VA; among others.
