10. 1881, Bruxelles, Banque Nationale, in-4°, 27,5 x 21 cm, 33 pp + 18 pp (annexes). Reliure au maroquin grain long rouge vif ornée de filets, de roulettes et de petits fers, titre au centre, dos à cinq nerfs, tranches dorées. Reliure non signée dans le style de Josse Schavye. Provenance; exemplaire de la bibliothèque de Jules Malou (1810- 1886), ancien ministre de finance et expert financier. On joint une photocopie d'une lettre ex-dono d'Eugène Prévinaire, gouverneur de la banque en 1875 à Malou, étant ministre de finance. (Cette lettre se rapporte sur une édition du rapport antérieur, dans une reliure semblable, mais pas présent ici). Exemplaire en parfait état.
