�lise Sorel, agr�g�e de lettres modernes, a soutenu en 2016 � l'universit� Paris-Sorbonne une th�se intitul�e � �criture et identit� aristocratique dans l'oeuvre de Barbey d'Aurevilly �. Elle a consacr� plusieurs articles � l'�crivain et a particip� � l'�dition d'� c�t� de la grande histoire dans l'oeuvre critique (Paris, 2013).

Mathilde Bertrand est ma�tre de conf�rences � l'universit� Sorbonne-nouvelle Paris 3. Auteur de plusieurs articles consacr�s � Barbey d'Aurevilly, elle a �galement publi� Pour un tombeau du po�te.
