Original pictorial wrappers; 210, [5], followed by three double-sided color plates on coated stock (six color supplements in total). About very good; light overall wear. A curious treatise which proposes to view various historical and natural phenomena through the lense of color, including an ordering of historical epochs, events, and figures according to color hues. The colorful supplements show the color zones of the world's hemispheres, of the Platonic Year, and the color spectrum of one human life, among others.The author, who uses the pseudonym Haleizovu, was apparently a writer on mystical topics including spectrology, and based in Brno, Moravia.A scarce Czech contribution to the study of color from an esoteric stance.
