Prepared by the Montana State Highway Department in cooperation with the U. S. Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Public Roads. Data obtained from state-wide highway planning survey. 1936. Blueline map is linen-backed and measures 62" x 35 ½". Previous owner has written title on verso in pencil and has drawn lots on the map. Ink has faded from the upper right corner (about 10" x 10"); map has minor chipping along edges and moderate toning. Overall good. This detailed map of Lewis and Clark County in Montana shows roadways, bridges, ferries, railroads, air routes, fields, fairgrounds, towns, farms, forts, CCC camps, oil wells, etc.
