About the Author

Jack Walsh and Marshall J. Cook are avid baseball fans and prolific authors. Together they wrote Pack Your Bags: Baseball's Trade Secrets, and Marshall is the author of 20 other books, including the baseball novels The Year of the Buffalo and Off Season. He teaches writing for the University of Wisconsin-Madison Outreach. Walsh recently retired as a finance officer for the Department of Health and Human Services in Boston and is now a freelance writer and tax consultant.
