About the Author

Marc B. Lambrecht has been in international practice as management consultant for more than 20 years. An economist by training, he has been chief investment analyst of a banking group, manager of an institute of investment research, assistant professor at a postgraduate school of business administration, and director international division of a major European consulting group, before setting up his own consulting firm specialising in corporate strategy and finance. Clients are typically companies engaged in restructuring projects, buyouts and acquisitions. As his previous book on venture finance, his new book on financing under Basel II conditions responds to the need of practicable solutions encountered in his work.
