Basic BioEnergetics

Have you ever wanted to know more about the subtle energies of your body; what they are, what they do, and how to work with them? Have you ever wondered what a meridian, chakra or aura is? Have you ever noticed that some people or places seem to drain your energy or leave you in a bad mood, while others do not?As time goes on, people are becoming more aware that there’s much more to our body and being than just the physical part. Like the physical aspect, our body also has a subtle energetic aspect to it that has systems and parts that perform specific functions. Although often unrecognized, this subtle energetic aspect of our being plays an important part in every aspect of our life. Because of this, it is crucial that we understand at least a little bit about how the subtle energetics of our body work, how they interface with our physical body, and how they interact with other subtle energies around us.In this book I talk about the subtle energetic flows, pools and emanations that form the basic bioenergetic systems of the body. I also talk about basic principles in working with and directing subtle energies, as well as some of the dynamics of subtle energetic interactions between us and other people and things. Additionally, discuss concepts and methods of fortifying and stabilizing our body’s subtle energies, how to energetically clear and maintain a space, and other necessary related topics.
