Derrick has contributed to several other Syngress and Elsevier publications on Citrix, Microsoft, and Cisco technologies.

Ileana Castrillo is an expert in technology-driven business process improvement. In the last 12 years, Ileana has built on her Industrial Engineering background to successfully lead global, large-scale system implementations that help IT organizations better serve the needs of the business and become a key strategic partner.
