About the Author
Albert L. Kelley is an attorney, author, book publisher, film producer, traveler and adventurer located in Key West, Florida. His law practice concentrates primarily in the areas of business, corporations, contracts, copyright, trademark, and entertainment law, as well as foreclosure defense. He graduated cum laude from Florida State University College of Law in 1989. He served for years as an adjunct professor for St. Leo University in their Business Administration program, teaching courses in business, employment and administrative law. For five years he wrote a weekly business law newspaper column and currently writes one for KONK Life. Albert Kelley is corporate counsel to over 150 corporations, and has filed over 60 trademark registrations and countless copyright applications.
