The third in the initial series, Record Sheets Volume One: Heavy 'Mechs provides filled-out sheets of sourcebook BattleMechs and OmniMechs and TRO variants from the 2750, 3025, and 3050 eras, along with a table listing the Combat Value for all officially released heavy 'Mechs up to that point.

Like with all books from the series, the title is arbitrary and spelled differently throughout the book itself. "'Mechs" is sometimes written with an apostrophe, sometimes without and "Volume One" is written as both "Volume 1" and "Vol.1" on the book's back cover, and omitted entirely on the inside. Similarly, the copyright is variably given as 1990 or 1991.
