Faint pencil notes on back endpaper and flyleaf. Above average ccopy of this end-opener type music collection. Photos on request. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.

Please designate shipping preference. Media mail is 4.25 for average size hardbacks and paperbacks in the U.S. Delivery confirmation is included in the price. $1.00 ea. addit. book. Oversized books are charged at exact cost. Flat-rate Priority rate is $6.95, including delivery confirmation. Oversized books shipped priority depend on weight and zone and will be charged at exact cost. Foreign postage, to most countries, is 32.95 for average size hardbacks, sent First Class International rate.. Canada is $24,95. Flat rate priority is $38.95 to most countries. Books under 1 pound can usually be shipped first class international for less. For books that do not fit in the flat rate envelope, costs will be given at the time an order is placed. There is no longer a surface rate option. ALL BOOKS ARE SHIPPED WITH TRACKING NUMBERS FROM USPS. Any claims of non-delivery will be challenged against delivery confirmation information to the contrary.
