Beacon Beach

Love & Secrets at a Victorian Seaside Resort

Traveling to a bustling seaside resort to spend the summer of 1886, young and beautiful Jacy James has a shameful secret she must hide while being forced to participate in the town’s glittering, glamorous social whirl.

Of marriageable age, she’s obliged to attend dances and teas, ocean bathe and stroll the boardwalk. She is expected to have fun and forget about an unsuitable sea captain she’d loved, who was believed to have been lost at sea. But in her grief, Jacy becomes obsessed with finding the captain…until she befriends handsome convalescent Cole Stratton at her hotel.

Captivated by Cole and his plight, Jacy throws her spunky energy into helping him recover. With her help and encouragement, Cole works to regain his health as Jacy works to heal her heart. Then midsummer, someone who knows her secret comes to town, and threatens to destroy her newfound happiness forever…
