asked to pay extra shipping costs through Abebooks "extra shipping request"
option, ESPECIALLY with regards to overseas (non US) shipments. All books 4 pounds
or more going overseas cost at least $59.95 US (Medium Flat Rate Box). YOU have
the right as a buyer to reject a request for additional postage. WE reserve the
right to cancel any order that has insufficient funds for shipping; this
