About the Author

Rowena D. Saura studied at the Tower of London while obtaining her Master's Degree with Historic Royal Palaces and Queen Mary University of London. Unsurprisingly, she is smitten with dogs – especially beagles. She can't pass by one without an enthusiastic "Cheers, my long-eared friend!" And they almost always whisper something fascinating. Rowena once loved a beagle who lived with her in London. Sadly, he is no longer with her. Each time you read her stories about Amos Beagle, she feels you keep his memories alive.

A.R. Downs loves to paint characters, whether human or animal, and has always enjoyed a good story book. She lives with her chocolate lab, Levi, who makes a "cameo" appearance in The Beagle Has Landed. Like Amos, A.R. and Levi both relish food and their tiny adventures.
