PreSchool-Grade 1-This oversized title raises and answers such questions as "Do skunks stink?"; "Do all birds fly?"; and, of course, "Do bears give bear hugs?" Anthropomorphic cartoons feature animals offering facts about themselves in speech balloons. Additional statements are somewhat misleading such as, "When a dog wags its tail and licks your hands or face, you know it is happy to see you!" It may merely be hungry. A marginal purchase that might be fun to browse through, but one that doesn't offer much information.
