Extremely rare early edition, by D. Appleton, 1920. A nice copy from the personal library of western historian Robert K. DeArment and bears his imprint. No other names or writing within. No dj; covers are in mylar protector. Some fading of titling on spine. Fairly sharp corners; shelfwear to spine at top and bottom. Light separation of cover just starting but no breaks.
