Scarce 1921 first edition published by the author. Pencil mark inside the cover. Coffee or water stain (1 1/2") on binding throughout the book. Slight wear on top and bottom of the spine. Dust cover has pieces missing on front right corner, top and bottom of the spine (see pictures).
