Truly Beautiful

Our kids hear the voice of the world telling them, loudly, regularly, what it says is beautiful. Who will tell them the truth?
Haya, the new galah on the block, is having a hard time when it seems all the other girls in town are getting their feathers tinted.
How will she ever fit in?
Join Haya and the rest of the gang in the gum trees as they learn what God’s Word says about beauty in a fun and relatable tale. The story unpacks the Bible’s teachings from 1 Peter 3:3-4 on beauty, as well as other key passages, and takes readers on a journey to see the depth of beauty revealed to us in Jesus. This book goes far beyond teaching Christian girls to have a positive body image.
After enjoying the story lead your family, friends or students in a transformative discussion of this powerful truth using the study questions and Family Beauty Project included inside.
This book was written with Christian teen girls in mind, but we believe they are not the only ones who need to read it. Every family member, young or old, can benefit from the simple yet profound truths shared.
We pray that this resource will equip you to look together on the incredible beauty found in Jesus our saviour, and to value this above any other.
