Highly decorated boards with gold decorations, tan boards. Front board has illustration of books with a bust statue and palm branches. Spine is also decorated. Illustrations throughout the book include full page engravings. Endpapers are decorated floral motif, green and white. Tearing at the endpapers between boards and spine so that they are shaken, however. Wear and tear as expected. Previous owner has names in small print in pencil written on first endpaper dated 1888. Book is GOOD.
