This was an amazing opportunity to join other women put forth and effort to bring healing, joy and understanding.  The more we examine our lives, the more we approach a life more and more worth living.  This Dr. Long has brought us together and I look forward to many more opportunities to pull back the layers and examine my own pursuits in self love and self care.
