About the Author
Matt Shoup is a business and leadership author, serial entrepreneur, speaker, Realtor, Spain aficionado, paella chef, Spanish coffee addict, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt.
In 2005, Matt found himself six figures in debt and was fired from a banking job he hated. Matt founded his first company, M & E Painting, with the last $100 he had to his name. His business grew to the multimillion dollar level within a few short years.
Matt's passion for people, leadership, and small business have lead him to found 8 companies which he currently leads. Matt and his companies have received dozens of local, national, and international business awards including:
