He hosts a daily radio show on the “Rob Newton Resource Hour” and speaks at numerous educational workshops monthly. David has more than 40 years of experience in the financial industry. He began his career in the banking industry in 1973, working up to senior vice president of a regional bank in central Kentucky. After realizing his passion was in serving the needs of individuals and families, David founded Blackston Financial Advisory Group, LLC. His steadfast dedication to client needs and financial expertise has built a financial firm that prides itself on client service and family-oriented values. David's unique approach to financial planning includes investment advisory services, tax forecasting and estate planning — all working together to provide a comprehensive plan for clients. His methods include safe money and risk money, and how these two worlds can be brought together to provide a worry-free lifestyle.
