The book is blue with a bit of rubbing on the surface. The tile block is pasted on upper spine and states "First Edition" There is a bookplate inside the front cover of Henry Cabot Lodge. This may be from the Republican senator and historian. This may be an association copy as both were members of Boston society in the late 1800s. A small pencil note from a Lodge family member in '85.
