Before, after and everything in between.. Poems of love, longing and becoming..

In Before, After, and Everything in Between, the author transforms waiting rooms into refuges and grocery lines into love letters. These poems navigate love that doesn't perform, grief that compounds over time, and the radical act of being unapologetically yourself. For anyone learning to take up space, to heal in spirals, to love beyond survival mode-welcome home.

Abirami M is an author, wellness consultant, and founder who writes at the intersection of love, loss, and unapologetic becoming. Her work captures the philosophical depth of everyday moments-from marinating love like pickles to watching children grow beyond your hands. Before, After, and Everything in Between is her debut poetry collection, born from a 21-day poetry challenge that became a reckoning with identity, grief, and the courage to o love fiercely.
