You Can Begin Again: Hope for the Walking Wounded

WHO ARE THE "WALKING WOUNDED"? They are wives, mothers, daughters, sisters, grandmothers, neighbors and friends throughout the world. You may not recognize them, but they know full well who they are. They are women, crossing all socio-economic lines, who are silently enduring the heartache of shattered dreams, behind closed doors. Alisha Lance understands, because she was one of them-was! As a new bride, she was living the "American Dream," until during the course of one evening her home became the stage where the "American Nightmare" played out in isolated secrecy. Her riveting story reads with all the drama and raw emotion of a novel, exposing Alisha's heart-wrenching pain but also, revealing her dramatic encounter with the Living God, Who led her step-by-step to complete recovery and freedom, to live a transformed life. Whether among the walking wounded longing for much needed healing or living an ideal but empty life and longing for purpose, this book is for you. With vulnerability and integrity, Alisha Lance speaks to women from all walks of life; giving them hope that will light the way to faith and healing-bringing miraculous wholeness and fulfillment. "You Can Begin Again" is not just a title-it is a promise! Alisha Lance has been a public speaker on a local and national level, sharing her story and biblical teachings for women with, collectively, multitudes of people in scores of churches, women's organizations, seminars, over Christian radio and TV; and as Keynote Speaker for The World Day of Prayer. She also served seven years as board trustee for a major Christian radio broadcasting corporation. Alisha retired from an ABC Network Television Affiliate; but she will never retire from helping wounded women find full recovery and lasting freedom in the Lord. youcanbeginagain02@gmail.com
